The leading collaborators of the institute teach in the higher education institutes of Yerevan. Since 2004 the Magistracy is established affiliated to the International Scientific-Educational Center of NAS RA on specialization "Informatics and Computer Engineering", where teaching is conducted by the IPIA professionals.
The education of postgraduates is provided in three directions:
- Mathematical Cybernetics and Mathematical Logic
- Mathematical and Software Tools Development for Computers, Computing Networks and complexes
- Mathematical Modeling,Numerical Methods and Software Packages
