Рассматриваются динамические системы и сети задаваемые отображениями или дифференциальными уравнениями. Изучаются вопросы математического моделирования механизма зрения и памяти (vision and memory modeling) в таких сетях; рассматриваются вопросы формирования паттернов (pattern formation) и передачи сигналов. Рассматриваются вопросы моделирования случайности посредством псевдослучайных числовых последовательностей. Изучаются вопросы равномерного распределения (uniform distribution), Марковские цепи, и независимые случайные последовательности; возможные применения, это тесты на случайность, эволюционные алгоритмы. Посредством метода machine learning изучаются вопросы связанные с нейронной активностью.
